This is an update to a prior review. Advanced Pain Care is located in Hobart, IN. I been going to this place for many months being promised pain relief, but was told it was a long process. Well the pain has not gotten any better but has gotten worse. Ive asked my doctor, dr. ring why I am in more pain since performing a procedure, but he wouldn't answer my questions. I have left messages for him both in person and by phone to no avail. I have chosen to find a new doctor so my husband recently went to his office and spoke to him because the office hasn't responded to a request for my records. It wouldn't get any stars if it was an option. The dude can't keep employees. I'd say about 90% of the time your seen 2 sometimes 3 hrs after your scheduled appointment. When he has good employees they're always gone the next visit. Don't know why I keep coming back.

Big fat ZERO. They were good at first. Then when the new year came and my co pays and deductibles reset and needed to be met. He wanted me to pay 800.00 and something. When I called my ins and they said no my copay is 35.00. He wanted me to pay my out of pocket before they would see me needles to say I have not gone back. When I called my ins company and they said all I had pay was 35.00 a visit and make payments on my out of pocket.
