March 25th I came in with my Golden Retriever Chip, he's 11 months old and he had his first professional bath and such here. It went great for my puppy, she was super patient and very nice with him. He was scared of the blow dryer but we knew this and let her know in advance. She took things slowly with him and made him feel safe. Highly recommend this place, thank you for taking Chip in and being so friendly 👍
Wow. This place. Lemme tell you- Jill is very kind. This was my dogs’ first ever grooming appointment. Jill took the time to “get to know” my fur baby and make sure she was really comfortable before starting any kind of grooming. My dog and I left there feeling very positive and happy. Jill made sure that my dogs first time was a positive experience and that she would be thrilled to go back. Even when it came to the big scary air dryer, she took her time to reassure my dogs throughout the whole process. Jill is an amazing person! She’s so caring and attentive to my Chuy. She’s definitely an animal lover and it shows. Chuy is new to grooming and she tries everything to keep him looking adorable. Will definitely be our family groomer forever.
