Happy Nails & Spa provides manicure and pedicure services at reasonable prices. Upon arrival, customers are greeted promptly and services are started quickly. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean and sanitary. While the work done is satisfactory, some customers have reported feeling rushed and not entirely pleased with the quality of the service. The atmosphere of the salon has been described as lacking a relaxing feel. Despite this, customers have generally had a good experience and are willing to give the salon another chance.

Edited: I got my eyebrows done and they came out great as did my pedicure. However my nails were not of the same quality. Within the first 3 days my pinky nail broke. Went back and got it fixed. Then within 3 to 4 days later another 3 broke. It hasn't even been a week I'm very disappointed in the quality. Especially since I tipped. My eyebrows and pedicure were alright tho. Keep in mind the nails were gel as well as no chip. Yet they chipped and broke worse than press on nails.

It was time to pamper myself a little bit, so I wanted to try this spot out. My significant other came along as well.After walking inside, we were greeted almost instantly. I got a Manicure and Pedicure. The Manicure was 15 and the Pedicure was 22, so the prices seemed reasonable. We sat down to wait, but we were quickly prompted to get our services started.I was directed to a chair for the Pedicure first. At first, the water was very hot! The employee ended up changing the temperature. It turned pretty cold quickly. My nails were cut down, but they weren’t shaped too great. I got a clear coat on them and that turned out nice. The job got done, but it could have been done neater in my opinion. It didn't feel relaxing to me at all. After the Pedicure, I was directed to a different area to get my Manicure. This ended up being a similar feeling as the Pedicure. I felt I was being rushed out of the place. She did alright on my nails. It was a clean place. Everything I encountered seemed sanitary and kept up with. The service was alright. We paid by card and left a tip on the same transaction. I didn't think it was appropriate for the employee to tell us to tip cash next time. Overall, I had a good experience here for the price it was. There wasn't anything special that stood out to me.
