The service provided by Fagen-Miller was so good I would feel awful not leaving a review. "FM" support started from the moment my mom passed away and they came within the hour to pick her body up. They led my dad, brother and I thru the process of selecting a casket, colors, prayer cards, thank you cards, felt boards that we could put lots of my mom's life pictures on, the color of her lip gloss, the way her hair would be done, her nail polish color, her casket flowers. It is always painful when someone dies, but the funeral process was not painful. They took our hands and made us even smile several times. The staff was understanding, attentive to detail, listened and answered all questions, and provided enough time to make choices. The visitation at their Downtown Highland facility and the funeral ceremony at Calvary Baptist Church in Highland went perfectly. Friends from out of town commented how impressed they were with the indoor funeral home garden in the visitation room. Highly recommend Fagen-Miller professional services.
Wonderful Place and Rick and Allison were absolutely phenomenal. The worst event in my life and they made it as good as possib. Always willing to lend a hand explain everything and very understanding Thank You
