“I first meet Dr. Laura at the Indy Office, and my experience at that time was great, the staff was very helpful and informative. Dr. Laura did go over everything with me. At the time of this visit, i was tired, due to just getting of work and issues i was having, i have a TBI in which plays a part in my visit, and i have never really done reviews, after today visit 12/18/2019, I felt that Dr. Laura needs this review. I went to the Hartford this morning, im an hour out, i wake up at 800, appt.is at 830, i call the office as i am on my way, hoping they still can honor my appt. I get a call at approx 905 saying if can make it within the half hour im good, this was good to hear. I get their, began the paperwork and within a few minutes, i was taken back to be seen, the assistants were very nice and friendly. Dr. Laura was very punctual and informative to my concerns that i was having since my last visit 2 years ago, as she pointed out very good points as to why i maybe having the issues i have been having, again she took her time with me, and she went over the xrays of my eyes and explained what she was looking at and noted that my issues can be caused from, my issue being to low, since an both area of eyes checked out to be in range. I definitely would recommend Dr. Laura and her staff to anyone that needs to have an eye exam, she is very passionate about her work, as it showed today, and was a reminder to me from my first visit.
