I had a broken spring that needed to be replaced. Called Mid-City Overhead Doors and they got right back to me. Excellent customer service. Technician came out to get all the details of the door. Came back a couple days later and replaced the spring. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend using Mid-City Overhead Doors. Jeff S
