Very pleased with the whole experience from initial contact on the phone, scheduling an appointment, the tech was highly knowledgeable, very professional, fast and friendly. The price to fix my issues was very reasonable. So I would highly recommend them with out hesitation.
I had a broken spring that needed to be replaced. Called Mid-City Overhead Doors and they got right back to me. Excellent customer service. Technician came out to get all the details of the door.
