Hoping for approval for the unit I desire ?? . Overal I had a good experience with the showing of the unit and application process . I look forward to working with them .
(LONG REVIEW) My review can go up or down depending on how things go, 3 for average not Terrible but not great.I found vilgar on trulia and seen that they had some really nice properties. I looked on their website and actually looked at the video walk through of apartments before applying. Knowing that they had apartments in my price range I knew I was going to want to rent something from them, so I applied for a specific unit and payed the $50 app fee. I scheduled an in person tour, and received two emails, one thanking me for my interest in the unit and, one confirming they received my application fee. Any maintenance issues that occurred in my unit were resolved in a timely manner. The crew was always friendly & respectful when they had to come into the unit to work on anything.
