I have been using Rose, Hammond, for the last two years. I have a set service and they come every few months to spray and check the house. They have been consistent and responsive. The few times I have had an issue, they came and resolved it in one visit. My tech, Steve, is awesome. I think he is just a good person and never hesitates to discuss things in detail and offer suggestions. Although I am not required to be home when they treat the outside of the house, they always contact me to check if anything inside needs to be addressed. Highly recommend.

Dave was on time and quickly assessed the perimeter of my homeHe educated me on what to look, where they hide & build nests. He then set up a few traps so they wouldn’t enter my home- he is so personable and keeps it real without making me feel like I’ve totally neglected the maintenance of my home. He let me know the value of seasonal applications but wasn’t pushy about them. Just great all the way around!

For the first time in my life I saw a RAT in my personal space. I called Rose Pest Control and they immediately came out. Unfortunately, the problem lasted for over 1 year and 5 rats were caught. Dan suggested that a supervisor come with him and that's when the entry point was discovered. It was a crack in the cement that was so small no one would've paid attention to it. The crack was sealed and it's been 2 months and not a peep. Thanks to Dan and the supervisor for being so diligent and thorough.
