I called Prime Appliance after being rescheduled 3 times with a different appliance repair company. Victor was here same day within hours, very responsive and professional. Victor was able to identify and diagnose the problem quickly and had the correct part on hand to make the repair immediately. Victor was very thorough and made sure all things were operating properly before leaving. I could not be more satisfied with Prime Appliance Services and Victor! I will never call anyone other than Prime for any of my future needs. Highly recommend Prime Appliance Services and Victor for any and all Appliance repair needs.

I absolutely recommend this company. I called and received service right away where as other companies never answer their phone or decline calls, must not need business or money which is great for them but so so thankful Prime company picked up my call and helped me. My dryer decided to stop working and he found and fixed the problem in 5 minutes! That must be a record....bravo! I was beyond amazed at that. He was so polite, friendly, respectful of my time, knew what he was doing and got the job done. Highly highly recommend and will definitely recommend to family and friends.
