Spoke with Bill about my issue to set up a possible service call. He was a consummate professional, diagnosed my problem over the phone, and ended up saving me a lot of money. I very much appreciated his willingness to help, even though he realized that that help would probably negate a service call fee. I will definitely remember his company for future electrical needs and would strongly recommend them.
