Ingrid’s was the second company we used for my mom and they were phenomenal. The first company we worked with, out of Chicago, was terrible. Dale, the owner of Ingrid’s, was great with finding the right fit for my mom and our family. The caregivers we had, Mary and Judy, were loving and took great care of my mom. Unfortunately, my mom recently passed, or we would still have them. I highly recommend this company, without a doubt. They are professional and very caring.

We hired Ingrid’s to provide a 24/7 care giver for my step-father during his final days while his was under Hospice Care. The care taker could not have been better. She was kind, caring and did everything she could to make his final days more comfortable and to help our family through the difficult time. The owner of the agency was also very cooperative and helpful. I highly recommend Ingrid’s and would use this agency again.

It is with distinct pleasure and enthusiasm that I write to recommend that you consider Ms. Florence Mambwa of Ingrid's In Home Care, Inc., in any position that involves the care of elderly or disabled patients.Ms. Mambwa was assigned as a Live-in Caregiver for my bedridden and terminally ill mother. Her dedication to this position was immediately observed and remained strong throughout the duration of her time spent here.
