SINCE I DISCOVERED GEEKS ON SITE A FEW YEARS AGO, I NOLONGER GET STRESSED OUT OVER A COMPUTER PROBLEM BECAUSE WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM I KNOW IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OFBY GEEKS ON SITE. THERE SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. I DON'T KNOWWHAT I WOULD DO IF IN DID NOT HAVE THEIR SERVICE!!!
Ok, I took a chance on an Ebay seller with a "0" rating - wanted to help them get started. Well, I learned my lesson. System finally arrived and automatically shut itself off after being on for a few minutes. Took it into the owner (Jeff) and asked him to take a look. He cautioned me that it might be several days - I was at the back of the queu - which was fair. Called me the next day - system up and running. The seller had done a poor job of putting the components together. Fast and reasonable - Best Buy, etc. charge $100 just to look - never mind fixing it. Will definitely use again.
Owner was very helpful and responsive. He fixed the computer within a day and even stayed late on a Wed so that I could get there from work and pick it up. Even showed me a few things and answered all questions. Price was very reasonable. Would use again.
