If I could give a zero, I would. Can't give a review on quality because I never received it. Had to make a deposit,which was given. We were walk-ins, so had to wait 1 1/2 hrs.for opening. Within that time period my guy became ill and we couldn't get tats. I asked for my deposit back and was told it was non-refundable because they blocked the time out. Then asked if we could re-schedule and was told that would require another deposit. I find this to be NOT to be a reputable business or even operating with best practices for customer service. The receptionist was quite snarky with her responses. STAY AWAY, BEWARE!!!!!!

Becky explained every step of my nose piercing and made me feel so comfortable. Afterwards she then explained how to care for my piercing and even offered to help me change the jewelry when it was time.

The shop is immaculate. The staff is great. Smooth, calm vibe. Don is the VERY best!!
