Jim refinished the entire first floor, plus stairs of our home! He communicated the scheduling, timeline, and post finish requirements thoroughly! The finished product looked great!! Then our 5 year got careless with a paint marker , wouldn't you know it that Jim came back to save the day and restore the damaged areas back to its original greatness!
