As a contractor, I don't recommend sponsoring any of her events.

Jaclyn emailed me and invited me to sponsor a golf event at the tune of just over $2,700. She and I spoke, and I told her it was a lot of money with a zero guarantee on realtor referrals. She explained it was for a good cause, etc. and it would be great exposure. I asked why her current inspection company wasn't sponsoring her event, and of course, she had an excuse. 🙄

In spite of my concerns and doubts, we sponsored the event against my gut saying don't waste money on this.

I explained that if she could at least refer us to work until we recovered the funds, I would sponsor the event.

I could leave a 300 word document about how great our experience was home buying & selling through Jaclyn D'Andrea. If you're considering real estate agents, just call her now.She's knowledgeable, capable and passionate. She cared so much about getting us exactly what we wanted and more importantly needed with our growing family, and she will work HARD and AGGRESSIVELY to get you from just dreaming, to opening the door to your new home.We were selling and buying without someplace to go in the interim. We were extremely satisfied working with Jaclyn D'Andrea. She coordinated everything from start to finish, with professional photographs, all inclusive listing, and signage. Jaclyn exhibited such professionalism and promptness in responding to any questions or concerns we had. Her personality and knowledge she offered was second to none. She worked diligently in getting our price for our home. Anyone who signs with Jaclyn will not be disappointed.
