The braiders at Gracy’s were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth. They did a great job checking in throughout the process, which I appreciated given how long braiding can take. The space is small but functional, and the team worked consistently and efficiently—multiple braiders helped out, which sped things up without compromising quality. They also provided the braiding hair, which was super convenient. Booking was quick and easy, and although they worked on one other client during my appointment, it didn’t affect my experience or timing at all. I’d definitely go back!“
