Charles has been treating our building for years, always professional and on time. He has provided helpful tips for keeping mice out of the crawl space and does a thorough inspection.. We are always satisfied with his service. Highly recommend!
I had a problem April 2023, which was remedied within 1hr, yesterday I had another problem so that's why I called Guardian! Danny, which was 10mins early, took care of the problem! He was very professional, patient and very understanding!! I suggest anyone with a problem please call Guardian and ask for Danny!!
There are critters in my attic. I called Guardian at 10:00 on a Saturday morning and Mike was at my house before 11:00. He told me that there were either mice or bats up there and the price difference is enormous. After looking around in the attic he saw signs of mice but suspected bats could be there as well (the critters are hiding under some thick insulation). He suggested starting with the mice traps and seeing if that takes care of the issue instead of automatically treating for bats in case that is not necessary. This is saving me a lot of $$ - at least for now. Mike was friendly, polite and loved on my dog.
