Dan came out the same day, and Steve came out the next day to re-bait traps for raccoons. Customers have been extremely happy with Guardian Pest Control, with Trevor being very thorough and kind. Danny was awesome, explaining everything and being professional and courteous. Guardian Pest Control is a great company, but be cautious of what technician you get and request if needed.
Great service! Dan came out the same day I called and set traps on my roof to catch the raccoons! Steve came out the next day and re-bated the traps. Hopefully we will have the pesky raccoons in jail soon!
I will say that I’ve been extremely happy with Guardian Pest Control, however I have always had Trevor come out. He is very thorough and kind. He’s extremely respectful and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend him and think that he is wonderful at his job. This past time I had David come out and I would not recommend him whatsoever. This company has been great overall, but David was very disrespectful and rude. I like to walk around barefoot in MY home and we only use the door through the garage. We put carpet down on the stairs coming up to make it more comfortable and have a mat for shoes. I kindly asked if he would please put booties on and I was told after he came inside he would. That negates the purpose and is extremely rude. Then he held the door open as he looked for something he couldn’t find in his pockets, which was aggravating. He then couldn’t find my paperwork while outside and said he must have dropped it inside, I said I didn’t see it but I can look and instead he stormed passed me and told me that he was going to go look. Who in the hell thinks it’s okay to storm into someone’s home and say what you are going to do?! This was the worst experience and the most aggravating. David will never return to my home. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated in my own home. Plus now I’m worried that he wasn’t thorough and I will see bugs after months of good service. Guardian is a great company, just be cautious of what technician you get and request if needed.
