RV Motorhome Repair - Fantastic service keeping in touch during the process. After dealing with RV repair centers for years, Austgen stands head and shoulders at the top. I would highly recommend them for any RV repair from trailer to large Motorhome.
TOP NOTCH COMPANY!! My wife and I are traveling in a class b motorhome. The generator needed an oil change and being on the bottom of the chassis other companies didn't want to do it. My wife called this company up and guess what? They got us in the next day with an extremely fair bill. Every interaction with employees was courteous, helpful and just good people. Also Greg the owner is the best! He spent time talking to my wife and I, he genuinely cares about his customers. This is the way a business should be conducted. Thank you to everyone at Austgen Fleet Maintenance for a great experience!
My wife and I were backing our fithwheel in our driveway when a leafspring busted. We contacted Austgen for help. Greg the fleet shop manager contacted us quickly and helped us troubleshoot the spring over the phone. He determined that he had the springs, and had us come in the shop that very day. It was ready for us the next morning to be picked up. Greg was very nice, professional and his communication was excellent! He spoke highly of his service team and they also did a great job. The price of repair was very reasonable! We thank Greg and his team for getting us going so quickly to see our grand kids!
Thank you Greg!
