Very friendly helpful person took initial phone inquiry. Worked with my schedule to make an appointment. The technician Dusty arrived right on time. I was hoping my problem is yellow jackets, unfortunately it is honeybees. But if I don’t eradicate the hive where it is, I would be taking down a brick wall in a year or so. Dusty and I both commiserated that it was a honey beehive. He worked very efficiently and explained the 90 day warranty. Told me what to look for and what to expect. It was very, very helpful. Great service.
Wonderful, experienced tech. Visited our home and used the perfect solution to our ant problem. We had a bad batch of mulch in our landscaping and Trio made a barrier of just the right substance and after about 5 days, NO more ants!! 2 months later, none have returned! Also we like the policy of no big contracts for extended treatments. Just “call us if you need us”. I will use them again for any pest problem! Thanks!😊
I left a message over the weekend on the phone number listed. After several days of no call back I decided to try one more time. I’m so glad I did. They had not received my message. Super quick to come out and give an estimate. 2 days later they were here and completed the work. Very very happy with all the people I talked to and the tech who came out! Highly recommend!
