Highly upsetting, I got there right at 11:30 and put my name in. I like one stylist there so I chose her. It showed that I had 2 min then next in line. While I watched her sweep up her area I was getting prepared to be seated all of a sudden a guy walked in and I was pushed on the screen to 30 min. I kindly asked someone else to remove me and i went to lady janes. Don't say im next and then bump me... Unprofessional.

Poor management. The last three times I have signed in online I still had to wait well over 45 minutes. This last time I was told "we are not taking anymore customers for the day" after signing in online. The owner REALLY needs to fix this. It is a real problem!!!The staff is fantastic, but after being turned away this put a end to coming back. Customer of theirs for over 5 years. Sad really.

Absolutely amazed at my experience here. I've been quite weary of haircuts since my preferred barber moved. Came in here with an hour before closing and they fit me in no problem. Had absolutely no wait and received the MVP for the price of a regular haircut since it was my first time. The people working here were incredibly nice and made sure to get my hair cut and styled exactly how I like it. I will definitely be coming back here again. This was awesome.
