I had my first appointment with Chloe and she is amazing! After having issues with my past stylist and going to that stylist for years, I was very nervous to start over again. Chloe met me for a consultation and already had me feeling at ease before my first appointment even started. I knew we were going to get along really well! She listened to all of my concerns and had to spend extra time helping fix an issue my past stylist left me with. Even though this issue was very frustrating to fix, Chloe was so nice and friendly the whole time and very patient. Chloe is absolutely phenomenal! I drive from Cincinnati to see her (1.5hrs each way) and it is so worth it. This is the absolute best my hair has ever looked. If you’re considering IBE… Chloe is your girl!!! If I could give 100/5 I would! She seriously is unreal and makes you feel so comfortable in her chair!!
