I had my first visit today with Indy dental. Staff was so helpful and supportive in dealing with my anxiety. I can be a lot when at the dentist and often have panic attacks but the staff was very understand and supportive and really helped me to stay calm. They allowed me to request that only tools I’m comfortable with be used for the initial exam. They explained everything clearly and I left the office feeling much better about the dentist! (They also offer iv sedation for patients unable to sit through getting a lot of dental work done)definitely coming back.
I had a bunch of work done with MATTHEW FRAIZ and he was absolutely amazing! I chose to do IV sedation since I needed 3 extractions and a bunch of fillings and a crown and a big fear of the dentist. He was unable to get one tooth out because my veins suck and the IV stopped working and I opted for him to numb it up and pull it. I have a big fear of being at the dentist and let me tell you he med feel so comfortable when giving me the numbing shot and when he came back and realized it was still hurting he numbed more. I had my first appointment at Indy Dental as a new patient, and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I was especially impressed by the thorough imaging and evaluation they provided during my first visit.
My dental hygienist, Kari, was an absolute gem. She was so personable, supportive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning. Dr. Wilmore was also very thorough, took the time to explain everything, and was so easy to talk to.
The entire team provided exceptional care, and I’m so glad I found Indy Dental. I highly recommend them!
