We needed this outfit fixed for toothless for how to train your Dragon for a birthday party that started at five. I called Karen at three and let her know the situation of the had broken. She had it back to us by 4 o’clock. I couldn’t thank her more and to be honest with you the zipper she put in there as much better and much high-quality than what it originally had.
