Mixed experiences with my services. Got my nails done for my wedding and loved them! My nail tech was fantastic and so kind. She really killed it. I went about 3 weeks ago for a dip manicure for my honeymoon and got a different nail tech and did not have a great experience. However, management has since been in contact with me and made things right. I never make reviews and never expect anything in return but I am grateful with their willingness to make things right.
This is my second time with Kathy and Sarah’s Nails. I am from out of state and here for work and I was referred to this specific nail salon and I too highly recommend it. Kathy does amazing work and the prices are extremely reasonable. I pay double for what she does here back home. All of her staff are gifted in their craft. D not sleep on this Salon.
Accidentally left a bad review on the wrong nail salon and they called me to fix it (which wasn’t their mistake) definitely on top of everything and want the best for you personally!
