We recently ordered soccer photos for our two children in youth sports. One of our child’s photos came in the mail on time and looking great our other child’s photos were mixed up with another players on his team. It was easy to contact Pro-Tek and they sent out a replacement order free of charge along with an additional 5 x 7. We understand things happen and there were a lot of kids getting their photos taken that day, but this company was professional and readily available to help me.

I emailed customer service about not receiving my sons t-ball photos and they sent out replacements and a free 5x7, which was awesome. Very fast response and friendly customer service. The original order came in also, so now I have double the prints. I am grateful for this and happy with their photos. The pictures were great quality.

myself and other parents through our soccer association have not yet received our photos of our children or the digital downloads. I was able to email them and they are trying to make it right. they immediately sent me a link to access my photos. I am not sure if things just got mixed up or what, but they are pretty good if you email them.
