POOL CITY IS SUPERIOR AS WE USE THEM FOR WEEKLY SERVICES FOR OUR INGROUND POOL. THEY COMMUNICATE BETTER THAN ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD. CHRIS AND HIS TEAM ARE VERY HONEST AND I TRUST THEM IMMENSELY. THANKS FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT COMPANY AND HAVING SUCH EXCELLENT TEAM MEMBERS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
These folks really know about service. Thanks Tammy for getting that information back to us so quickly. The pool is looking great. We are really going to miss this backyard when we move.
Pool city has done 90% of all my pool work since installing my inground pool in 1992. The concrete still looks great, the liners lasted far longer than is average (like 16 yrs) and all mechanical replacements have been handled well and fairly quickly. They sell the better quality items so you end up spending less money on service and have more time in your pool. Now I'm 67 and am downsizing to a sports size pool so I can continue to enjoy it and maintainance is easier for me. I'm so excited. Hope I can find a beach volleyball playmate! Thank you for all your hard work Chris and team.
