Confirmed I did not have termites but still took the time to walk me through my house's history of termite damage; inspect my old, unused traps in the yard; educate me on what to look for in the future; and talk about products I could buy/use to prevent me having to call him in the future. That said, if I ever do need him in the future I will call Anderson immediately. He underscored the fact that he was not going to try to pitch me anything I didn't need, and that he wasn't even asking for a review. I'm doing this because it was just that good an experience.“
