Orthopedic Hand Doctor: Jeffrey Whitaker, MD

The OrthoIndy Greenwood location is unlike any medical office offering patient care. The compassion they show each patient is unwavering. Though you may only have a 15-30-minute visit, I have never felt rushed or left without answers. From the receptionist to the nurses and physicians, they ensure that every patient is comfortable and treated accordingly. I am very impressed with the staff at the Greenwood location. Still, I have to say that Dayna Wilson, PA, has listened as I've cried about personal issues and has been more than encouraging about continuing my education. While in town visiting our daughter from Florida, my left knee locked in place partially bent on a Saturday afternoon, and I was taken to the hospital. After tests and an MRI, it was determined I had a serious tear in the meniscus and I was released the next day. They suggested I get with a sports orthopedic facility as soon as possible. I did some research and saw OrthoIndy had an urgent care about 20-minutes from where we were staying, so we headed over there Monday morning. I had hip surgery and the team of doctors and nurses gave excellent service. Dr. Beckert is a brilliant, gifted surgeon with a wonderful team. Shout out to Dr. Smith anesthesiologist, Pamela RN, Kim RN, Erika CNA, Stacey RN, Candace RN, Trent PT who all treated their patients like me as family. The love and care was extraordinary. I am recovering quickly because Dr. Beckert absolutely is the best ever. The office staff is professional and efficient.
