I went to get my thump nail removed for a biopsy. The service was great, nice doctor and everything went great, but I noticed that they were treating me like a heart surgery patient . I had to get undress and put a gown, then went to an operation room. At one point I was thinking that they were confused with the type of surgery I was getting, because I had the same procedure done at another facility to remove a toe nail and it was done in 20 minutes in a small room with clothes on, and none of those fancy procedures. Nobody answers the phone - find someone who can answer the phone when people need to reach your office. Can’t speak for the therapists but without being able to contact that’s pretty difficult!

The staff at OrthoIndy Outpatient Physical Therapy do not do their jobs correctly and are not honest. I expressed multiple times not only to their front desk but also my therapist Chelsea that I could only schedule PT services if my insurance would cover it. I was assured MULTIPLE times by both the front desk and my therapist that I was covered up to 25 services and I was good to go. They couldn’t have been more wrong. Instead, come to find out my unique (and completely terrible) insurance policy stated it would cover up to 25 services OR $2000 max, whichever was reached first.
