Julie Mennel has been my stylist for 10+ years, and I would follow her to any salon. She has worked at Natural Concepts for probably five or six years. She is an Aveda Institute graduate and she is a color expert. My natural hair color is 95% grey at the crown, transitioning to 99% very dark brown at the nape. We took my color from dark brown to blonde about three years ago, and I had no brass and no damage. In fact, my hair is the longest and healthiest it has ever been. She is great at listening to me if I want to make a change, and if I bring in a photo of a cut or color, she can always do just what I want. On top of how great she is as a stylist, she is also a funny, friendly, lovely person and I always look forward to our appointments. Re: COVID precautions, I always felt comfortable going in for appointments, even when the epidemic was at its worst, because the owner scheduled the stylists so that there was only one stylist in the salon at a time, or maybe two. When I had appointments it was just Julie and me. We always wore masks and I was never concerned.

Definitely love going to Natural Concepts. I'm an old gal commonly referred to as geriatric. The young stylist that cuts my hair is Carly and she's great. She listens to all my old boring stories. And if I ask her a question about........ well....example I need a new TV and I asked her if she had any knowledge on these new smart TVs. Because at my age it seems like every device or Appliance of some sort is a lot smarter than I am. But she even took the time to look on her phone and showed me some differences which I really appreciated. And I see the other young stylist in there cutting hair, styling hair and everyone I see sitting in the chair looks really great after...read full review

Love the salon and all it has to offer. Jim is wonderful delivering just the right hair cut, style, color or perm. They listen to you and deliver. Love the services and products they use. It's relaxing, peaceful and the place to go for all your hair care or nail needs
