I brought in a 37 yr old North Face coat that needed a new main zipper. Valerie, their seamstress, called me. We talked for a good half hour. She explained in detail the ins and outs involved with NF's 2 way zipper. She said she'd take a closer look at what I wanted and call me back. She called back later that day and had a genius solution that would only cost me 1/2 the quoted price and would allow me to regain full use of the zipper.... Thanks again Valerie!

This is a place where the customer really matters. I needed alterations in time for a funeral. Over the phone, I was told that I could show up at 7am (when they open) so they could see what needed done. I arrived early. But so did they! They weren't even open yet and I was allowed to come in. Everything I needed was taken care of with speed and professionalism. Highly impressed.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I enjoy the drive up window to drop off and pick up dry cleaned items like dress slacks and shirts. Pants are cleaned and quickly pressed, while shirts can be specified with or without starch; and folded or on hangers. No matter what option you take; they do a nice job.
