I’ve aways serviced my Cadillac & other vehicles at the greenwood dealer ship since I’ve owned it (3yrs) and have always felt welcomed and taken care of by all the team members. I would have to say that Doug would probably be one of my favorites. I don’t feel like I’m getting the run around and I’m never pressured into doing or getting extra things that are not necessary needed at the immediate time .
Jacob (salesman) and Ben (finance guy) were great to work with from start to finish. I was only to stop in and see if I was able to get in and out of a vehicle (wife’s orders) I have back and neck injuries so not able to comfortably get into most vehicles. Anyway Jacob and I kept talking and I ended up buying a 2026 XT5.

Service seems to have went well. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.
There were grease prints from the fingers/hands around the car from the tire rotation/oil change.
And it wasn’t cleaned. I noticed it when I got home. You guys are normally on top of the cleanliness upon leaving. But not this time.
