Staff was very friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I was completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this for the care of your eyes

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Since I am a diabetic and my eyes aren't the best the Drs make sure they do the proper things to save my vision. Dr kealing during my cataract surgery I wasn't able to be sedated but he kept talking to me to make sure I was doing okay and explained what he was doing and he was as gentle as he could be. Dr gaughn as soon as she noticed I needed to go to a retinal specialist she was on the ball of it and I got in quickly to check out the concerns for my eyes. I recommend them they are very helpful and nice

Need more signage. Emerson was not posted from Main st. Couldn't see the building sign from Emerson. Could you partner with a PT company so we could get credit for all the walking? Of course I came in to the wrong front desk because I was having surgery. Filled and signed same paperwork at both desks, I got 2 photos taken too. The 2 desks are not allowed to share or the government is running the office.
