In March I followed the one-month course online. For me, it was the best way to make changes in my life in my home environment. Now I manage to do the Ancient Stretches daily to make my body stronger. I learned the Ancient 'Thai' Massage with which I also make other people happy. Rahul Bharti is very passionate and knowledgeable and that is absolutely infectious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants more structure in their life and above all wants to live a healthier and more positive life!

Rahul is a wizard. I was lucky enough to live with him and see him work for a while. What I saw was truly amazing. People would come to him with pain that had been constant for years or even decades and he would diagnose them with a few simple touches and questions, then after a single treatment they would leave with the pain reduced and guidance on what they needed to do to gain further improvement.
