Not really sure what all these negative reviews are about, I just called and let them know that I’ll be in Friday to pick up my truck that was involved in an accident in Greenwood, the lady on the phone was incredibly kind and explained everything that I needed to bring with me - proof of registration, drivers license, declarations page from my insurance showing full coverage insurance & claim number - Will follow up if I have any problems Friday, but I’m not expecting it

Called the dispatch after my truck was taken their. They told me what to bring. Walked me out to my truck everything was inside got loaded up and left. Bring the right paperwork and it makes life easy for everyoneService: Local hauling

Very expensive, try to keep your car!!! Bring driver that bring you, with license,or they will keep that car as well.... Make sure bring all paper work!!!! Can't believe, greenwood police works with these people!!!! Not happy??? ??????
