I went expecting to have a hard time getting my mom’s stuff after her car accident, based off of the previous reviews.
The receptionist and the technician could not have been more kind and helpful. Truly caring and asked first how my mom was before doing any paperwork. Obviously would never want anyone to have an accident but if there’s a place for cars to be taken I would hope it would always be here!

I broke down this morning taking my daughter to work. Cv axel shattered on my passenger side.. No other tow company was available this morning in a timely manner. Greenwood wrecker dispatch was super professional and understanding when I placed my call. She dispatched Corbin Bertram out and my experience got even better. He was super fast, professional, and very understanding…he arrived within 10 mins, had my truck back in my driveway within 30… couldn’t ask for better service… Corbin, Thank you! My wife’s vehicle broke down in these sub zero temps. Obviously, no one likes to start their day being stuck in the middle of a busy road. The police called the tow truck. The gentleman that towed her vehicle went above and beyond to try to accommodate the drop off as best he could. Honestly - all things considered - it was a great experience. I really appreciated his efforts and he did an excellent job. Thank you!
