Dr. Eads and his MA’s are amazing. I got in super quick for an appointment and the turn around time for my specialty medicine prior auth, appeal, and patient assistance was barely over a week (that includes weekends). Super happy with the service. Went in, explained what I needed and why, and he delivered.
