I am more than pleased that we partnered with Good Guys to replace our home furnace and AC. I had my AC go out back in August and I called Michael Scobee. He wasn't pushy and helped me understand what was going wrong with my system. We discussed replacement pricing for my system but I ended up fixing it myself. He didn't make me feel bad for that and said he is always there to help. Fast forward to this week when my furnace heat went out. I called Michael and he worked me in later that day, which was a Friday. He tried to fix the Furnace and actually got it running, but he showed me how the circuit board kept failing. We discussed pricing and it was very reasonable. He did not pressure me to go with new, but I didn't want to invest more money into an old system. He was able to come out the next day, Saturday morning, at 7 am and installed a whole new furnace and AC unit in under 6 hours. I thought it was great that another local Good Guys person came out and helped him with the install too, Josh. They were both very professional and did fantastic work and our new furnace and AC are working great. I can't say enough good things about Michael and Good Guys. I am happy to say that I now have my HVAC and Plumbing contact for the remaining time that I own my home!
Good Guys did an amazing job! We had tried other companies, and they took forever to get scheduled. These guys were super fast and easy to schedule! They were also extremely professional and nice to work with. You won't regret using them for your HVAC needs!
