We had a wonderful experience with Floortech. I recommend calling the store to speak with staff to coordinate appointments/installation. They provided lots of flexibility to schedule. Once in store, they helped provide great insight into helping me match my preexisting carpet. Install went smoothy and looks great!

Great customer service! Friendly and helpful sales staff and skilled carpet installer. Ordered and installation all within two weeks! Love my new carpet in three bedrooms!

We had the flooring replaced in our house, and the guys did a fantastic job! The price was very reasonable, even when they ran into issues that probably should've been fixed by the last homeowners. The crew did really great workmanship and didn't cut any corners (a rare find these days!). We would definitely recommend them!Update: It's been a few months, and this is still the one project we've done where our desires and standards were exceeded. We love our floors!
