Todd did a phenomenal job handling our rental property after a tree fell through the roof. He handled things with the tenant, coordinated with multiple contractors and the insurance company which were a nightmare and frustratingly difficult to work with. He communicated with me regularly, providing options and following up with progress reports. Together with the rest of the team at Evergrow they got the house put back together, performed a unit turn, marketing, and leased again within a couple weeks of the contractors leaving. We have been very pleased with Evergrow Property Management and recommend them to owners looking for property management and to tenants as well. Our properties have been professionally managed from the beginning. This includes contracts, property inspections, repairs and, importantly communication. What this means to owners is on time payments posted to your account.Likewise for tenants, there has been excellent communication between management and owners which results in quick turnaround for tenant repair issues.
