Ellis Pediatric Dentistry is a great place for children's dental care. The staff are understanding, nice, and go out of their way to make sure children feel safe and comfortable. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and the staff are friendly and helpful. Children genuinely look forward to getting their teeth cleaned and feel completely at ease, actually having a blast every time they visit. The office is really inviting for little ones and is recommended for anyone looking for a caring and fun dental experience.
Ellis Pediatric is amazing and the staff are so nice and so great with kids! We first were introduced to Ellis when my oldest son had a cavity to receive treatment there instead of our normal family dentist. That experience was great but I continued taking him to our family dentist and quickly realized we were treated differently because of cavities he had. I decided to go back to Ellis for both my boys now and we will continue going here! My boys have had cavities and the staff and doctors do not judge you as a parent for your kid having a cavity. Dr Ellis has always been nice and really great with my children. I do have to say that I have had quite a few experiences recently with the staff that have felt unsettling.
- a few appts ago, the hygienist told my son that was 3.5 at the time that if he didn’t stop crying then he wouldn’t get a prize at the end which obviously defeated the purpose and made him cry harder.
- the last time my son who was 4 was crying and feeling anxious about getting x rays and the hygienist kept rolling her eyes at him and acting like he was a burden. Today they went to take my sons x rays and I just said maybe we don’t do them today because I didn’t...read full review
