The young lady who checks you in and gives the initial testing was very polite and helpful. Dr. Wendorff was also very polite and informative. He explained things to where a vision-illiterate person, such as myself could understand. He was also thorough. I had a great experience, and will continue to come to them for my vision needs.
The customer service provided by the two young ladies was superb. They were inviting, pleasant, and showed a sense of connection to their jobs. Dr. Swift educated me on my eye health and provided me with a better understanding of how it may change in the near future. I appreciated him taking the time to teach me rather than just performing the exam and treating me like another person in an assembly line.
The front desk staff and the pre-exam tech were very professional, pleasant, and courteous. I appreciated the attentiveness by Dr. Wytovac , as she explained the results of my eye exam and answered my questions.
