Had great service from Chief of locks today. Beno came out and got me out of a jam. Called ahead and kept intouch with me the whole way till arrival. Very polite and courteous on the phone. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Beno!
Larry went above and beyond on installing my doorknobs. I appreciate his extra effort on trying to program the electronic knobs. This is my 2nd time using Chief of Locks and would highly recommend to friends.
I have a BMW and needed a new key. The dealership assured me they could help me and then after I had my car towed all the way to them, they tell me they don’t have the right software! I called Chief of Locks and from the very beginning they told me they couldn’t cut keys for German cars. Maybe they weren’t able to help me, but at least they were honest from the very beginning so I didn’t waste my time and money.
