How Amazing to actually talk to a person when I call!!!!! That is worth everything. They are the best. Answered questions about putting in a gas log and gave me names of plumbers in the area. Thank you!

First: They will fill your tank to 80%. BUT - I'm more into service (Imanaged people in a call center for many, many years!) Now knowing how friendly they are (from the lady who answered the phone and STAYED on the phone until I completely understood how they calculate propane to the friendly gentleman who came out and filled out tank), I'm definitely going with these folks in the future. 80% doesn't bother me if the quality of the service is top-notch.BTW - They may have new employees. One person had trouble getting them out to their house. I'd leave a negative review, as well. Called on a Sunday after our tank ran out unexpectedly due to new house and me forgetting to check it. 2x hours later, they were pulling out of our drive with the tank full. On a Sunday!!!!! Thank you Pierce Bottled Gas
