I’ve been a customer since 1980, they installed our heat pump in or new house in 1995 and a new replacement in 2014. Have them do your yearly maintenance and filter change and you’ll rarely have any issues!
During the extreme heat/humidity in June, I realized on a Sunday morning that my air conditioning wasn't cooling. I left an on-call message at 8 am and a service tech was at my home by noon. The news wasn't good, however, a new heat pump was completed installed by Thursday. After a full day of installation, Chris stayed until after 6 pm to make sure the system was fully operational. Thank you, Hochstedler Energy Systems for being knowledgeable, professional and customer-focused. They were very quick to respond and got the problem fixed.
We have the Geo-Thermal System. They had to replace the Board and had it in and repaired the next day, which we really appreciated because it was really hot outside.
