Great team to work with! We needed everything. Our 1950's house had old individual electric baseboard heaters and no AC, no ductwork. Undaunted, Thomas created a proposed layout and estimate for heat pump, wiring, vents, ductwork and air handler. Chris and John did the install which took some time, but so worth it. They were knowledgeable, diligent, meticulous in their performance, but also unfailingly polite, friendly and respectful. They even embraced the presence of our dogs! Love the work ethic and attitude. Thmas checked in periodically following up on my questions. Amazing team of guys! I'm so pleased I chose to work with them on this massive job.
Hochstedler Energy installed a complete heating and air conditioning system followed by the spring and fall maintenance appointments each year. I've always appreciated their quality work and the professionalism by each associate. I especially appreciated the last few service calls by KC. On one occasion, I asked if he would assist with moving a dehumidifier out of my basement. Before I could get down there to assist, he was coming up the stairs with it over his shoulder! He even offered to take it away!
Chris & Jonathan from Hochstedler Energy came out yesterday to service my furnace & A/C unit both in the same day, took about 3 hours, cleaned both units spic n span! They were courteous & professional, very happy with service!
