I had a 20oz bottle of sprite explode all over my Acadia’s steering wheel and myself 2 weeks ago. I tried cleaning it up as best I could when I could pull over, but obviously, soda ALWAYS leaves things sticky. My steering wheel has my cruise, acceleration and deceleration, heated steering wheel, all the radio controls on it. So 2 weeks after the incident, the sticky just kept causing my button’s to stay depressed! I called Brent and asked if they had an option for a quick “a la carte” option to get the stickiness out of the buttons. They did!! He got me in quickly and the buttons work like they’re brand new again! NO MORE STICKING! This a la carte option was a LIFE SAVER to me! I’m a sales consultant and drive all over 4 counties seeing customers. To have a full detail done, it would have put me without a vehicle to do my job. Which means I would lose money that day. If I had time to plan a day without a vehicle, it would be ok, but these buttons needed attention ASAP. My acceleration button got stuck, and my car continued to go faster because of it! This needed fixed ASAP, and Fine Tooth came to the rescue!! Thank you again Brent for helping get me out of my “sticky situation!”
They have detailed our truck twice and done a fantastic job! Very accommodating and the quality of the work is outstanding.
