Unfortunately, I had a wreck, and TDS is who was dispatched to take my vehicle. Being in a wreck is so stressful, and the ladies in the office were so sweet and helped relieve extra stress and took care of everything for me. Great place.

If you want a business that cares about people over profits, chose TDS. My recent experience with them, especially with Donald and Kaylee, went above and beyond the duties of their job. Long story short, a family member was arrested driving my car with my dog in it. Donald volunteered to wait with my dog in the dispatch office until I arrived from an hour away. This prevented her from going to the pound, which would have been devastating. He gave her water, took her out to potty and provided her comfort in a scary time.
