Koors Heating and Cooling is our go to company for service at out Indy Hilton Garden Inn. Todd, our usual service tech, is always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to walk us through the issues and the repair process and is always willing to answer our questions. He goes out of his way to address additional concerns or needs that we have. As a hospitality manager, with a huge focus on customer service, I must say that Todd is the definition of service excellence!
Took my call early amd got me scheduled for the same day. Very thorough abd friendly staff. Todd called when he was on his way to give me an eta. He also talked me through what was going on with my furnace, why it was doing what it was. Was talked through options of upgrades and cost and answered all my questions. Will definitely be using Koors when I do furnace and a/c upgrade in the next couple of months.
Koors installed 4 natural gas unit heaters in my new commercial warehouse. Attention to detail during installation was outstanding. Quality and performance of the unit heaters they recommended is excellent. 3 day job was completed as scheduled. Employees are friendly, skilled and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. 5 stars.
